Take a look at the list showing the insole lengths of our shoe sizes. The lengths equal the measurement of the inner shoe sole – so take a pair of shoes that fit you well and measure the inner sole from heel to toe tip.

All our shipping prices are flat-rate charges.
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking number.
For international orders, delivery times will vary accordingly by destination. We ask international customers to note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures.
When your products are delivered, your local customs may charge you a customs or import fee. Please contact your local customs office for more information about their charges.
Please note: In case you have placed a pre-order, your shoes will be delivered as soon as they have been finished for you. Once they are ready for shipment, we will notify you again.
You can return your order within 14 days after delivery for any reason.
The product must be returned unused. We recommend to treat the product the same as you would in a store. Especially wearing the shoes outside the house creates a compensation obligation. The original shoebox and all delivered pieces (packing paper, shoe protectors) need to be returned completely and undamaged. The shoebox has to be protected by outer packing.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance for all returns and exchanges.
If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have a proof of shipment.
International Returns:
Please make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. You also have to add a copy of the invoice to the outside of the package inside a transparent envelope.
