Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment and shipped via DHL with a tracking number.
For international orders delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Most will only take a few days. Please note that delays caused by customs or import procedures are beyond our control.

If you placed a pre-order, your shoes will be delivered as soon as they have been finished for you. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Rates

All our shipping prices are flat-rate charges

Germany

  • Free delivery for orders over 100 €
  • 10 € shipping for orders below 100 €

Europe (EU)

  • 10 € DHL Premium delivery
  • Free delivery for orders over 400 €

International

  • 25 € DHL Express delivery
  • Free delivery for orders above 500 €

All International (outside of EU) shipments are sent vie DHL Express to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

All international shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means that all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are prepaid by VOR. You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
For certain destinations, local custom authorities may still request additional information from the receiver, which can occasionally affect delivery times.

Returns 

You can return your order within 14 days after delivery for any reason. 

Each shipment includes a return label for your convenience.
When using the provided return label, a fixed return fee will be deducted form your refund.

  • Germany: 6 €
  • European Union: 25 €
  • International (outside of EU): 50 €

Returned products must be unused and in perfect condition. We recommend treating them as you would in a store. Wearing the shoes outside may result in a compensation deduction.

The original shoebox and all included items (packing paper, shoe protectors, etc.) must be returned complete and undamaged. The shoebox must be protected by outer packaging.
Please keep your tracking number and receipt as proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

International Returns

For returns outside of the EU, please ensure that the airway bill and package are clearly marked with:
Returned goods. No commercial value.
Attach a copy of your invoice to the outside of the package in a transparent envelope.
