Payments & Refunds
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local payment options displayed at checkout.
Do you charge customs or import duties?
Taxes and duties are included in the product price for both domestic and international orders. You won’t incur additional charges upon delivery.
Shipping & Tracking
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at shop@vor.shoes.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at shop@vor.shoes to request a change of address.
How much is shipping?

How are orders shipped?
We ship with DHL, DHL Premium and DHL Express to ensure safe and timely delivery. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return any item within 14 days of delivery. Each order includes a return label inside the shipment. A fixed return fee will be deducted from your refund. To view the exact amount, please visit our Delivery & Returns page.
How can I exchange or return my shoes?
Use the included return label to send your shoes back. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging. For further details, visit our Returns section.
Can I exchange my shoes for a different size or model?
Yes. Please email us at shop@vor.shoes with your request.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued within a few days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund times may vary depending on your payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
Are shipping costs covered?
A fixed return fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or sent in error.

How do I pick the right size?
We include a sizing guide in every product description. To find the best fit, measure the insole of a well-fitting shoe and compare it with our sizing chart.

All VOR shoes are handcrafted in close partnership with our manufacturer in Portugal, from start to finish. Read more here.
When will sold-out items be restocked?
Our shoes are divided into three Categories and are curated around a distinct concept. Only shoes from our fundamentals series will be restocked. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified about restocks and new arrivals.
Discounts
Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally, we offer limited-time promotions and sales. Some offers are exclusive to our newsletter subscribers.
How can I get a discount?
Get 10% off your first order by subscribing to our newsletter. Additionally, newsletter subscribers will get exclusive access to special sales and will be the first to know about regular sales.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Discounted products are excluded from additional discounts.
